freelancer diary pt.01

Di bulan keempat saya bekerja dari rumah sambil menggunakan piama, sepiring roti, secangkir kopi atau teh didepan laptop saya berusaha mengembangkan sepotong kalimat yang pernah saya baca disuatu tempat.

3 jenis pekerjaan
1. bekerja untuk orang, berarti kamu bekerja untuk uang.
2. menjadi freelancer, kamu memiliki kebebasan namun kalau kamu sakit maka uang tak bisa didapat.
contoh : Seorang tukang becak akan kehilangan penghasilan sehari jika sakit.
3. menjadi pemilik perusahaan maka kamu akan memiliki sebuah sistem yang akan bekerja untuk dirimu.

masih ada satu kalimat lagi, cuma berhubungan dengan MLM, agak-agak males, :p

Dan saya sedang berusaha mengembangkan diri untuk lompat dari nomer 2 ke nomer 3, dan saya benar-benar merasakan manfaatnya. Disaat saya sedang kurang fit, maka teman-teman saya masih dapat mengupdate situs dan membantu banyak hal, walau tetap saja perlu dikontrol.

Dalam diskusi dengan seorang teman sesama pekerja lepasan, dia juga mengutarakan hal yang sama soal membangun agency, dimana ia menyewa beberapa illustrator/designer lepasan untuk mengerjakan berbagai proyek, sehingga itung-itung meringankan beban pekerjaan juga bagi-bagi lapangan pekerjaan.
